Abstract

An abstract (approximately 250 words), which should follow an IEEE Abstract Format^†1 , must be submitted for presentation.  Abstracts must include the title of the presentation, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and email(s).  Please submit your abstract via the Google Forms URL provided in the registration acknowledgement.  Acceptance/rejection notifications will send to the authors.  The abstracts will be opened on the website without any access control.

Proceedings (Open Access)

Authors of accepted papers are voluntarily requested to submit the proceedings manuscript (full-paper) after the conference.  The reviewed proceedings will be Open Access (free).  The full-paper template can be downloadable from the conference website.  Proceedings will be edited by the organizing committee with the permission of authors and published on the web.

BEST STUDENT PRESENTATION AWARD

The award will be given to the most outstanding presentation presented by a participant who has registered under the student category.
